Leddy Uniforms – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, particularly the school uniform season, order processing and dispatch times may take longer. Where delays occur, customers will be notified by email or phone.

Shipping Within Ireland

Orders within Ireland are shipped using An Post or DPD, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery within Ireland typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.

Out-of-Stock or Partially Available Orders

While we do our best to maintain accurate stock levels, some items may be temporarily unavailable.

If an item in your order is out of stock or your order cannot be completed immediately:

  • We will contact you within 2 working days of your order being placed
  • You will be advised of the expected availability date, where possible

You will then be offered the following options:

  • Wait for the full order to be shipped together once all items are available
  • Receive a partial shipment, with remaining items dispatched once back in stock
  • Collect remaining items in-store when they become available
  • Choose an alternative item
  • Receive a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs

Split Shipments

If you choose to receive a partial shipment, any outstanding items will be dispatched as soon as they become available or made available for in-store collection, as agreed with you.

Additional shipping arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Leddy Uniforms cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
