Leddy Uniforms – Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to make receiving your order as straightforward as possible. Below you’ll find information about order processing, delivery times, stock availability and what happens if there is a delay with your order.

How quickly will my order be processed?

We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–3 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

During particularly busy periods, including the school uniform season, processing times may be longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone with an update.

How are orders delivered?

Orders within Ireland are normally shipped using An Post or DPD, depending on the size, weight and destination of the parcel.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Tracking details will also be provided where available.

How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched, delivery within Ireland normally takes approximately 1–3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, public holidays, severe weather or due to circumstances outside our control.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

While we make every effort to keep our online stock information accurate, occasionally an item may become temporarily unavailable after an order has been placed.

If your order cannot be completed because an item is out of stock, we aim to contact you within 2 working days.

Where possible, we will provide an estimated restock or availability date.

What options do I have if part of my order is unavailable?

Depending on the circumstances, you can choose to:

• Wait until the complete order is available and have everything dispatched together.
• Have the available items dispatched first and receive the remaining items when they return to stock.
• Collect the remaining items from our store when they become available.
• Choose a suitable alternative item, where available.
• Cancel the unavailable item or order and receive the appropriate refund.

Any additional delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with you before we proceed.

Will you send part of my order if some items are delayed?

Yes. If you would prefer not to wait for the complete order, we can arrange a partial shipment.

Available items can be dispatched first, with outstanding items sent separately or made available for in-store collection, depending on the arrangement agreed with you.

What happens during the busy school uniform season?

During our busiest periods, particularly July, August and the start of the school year, both order processing and supplier lead times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience during these periods and will contact you if there is an issue or significant delay affecting your order.

What if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

Leddy Uniforms cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied when placing the order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the parcel is dispatched.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel has left us.

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in the email.

What if my parcel has not arrived?

If your order has been dispatched but has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.

If you still require assistance, contact us and we will help investigate the delivery with the relevant courier.
